Kevin Keegan – Education Consultant, Leadership Coach, Project Manager

Kevin Keegan, who joined the CommSkills Group in February 2020, has close to 20 years of experience working as a professional consultant, certified coach, instructional systems designer, and project manager. Kevin earned degrees in Communication and Rhetoric (B.S.) and Instructional Design, Development, and Evaluation (M.S.) from Syracuse University. He spent eight years with the Syracuse University Athletics Department and two years on Wall Street before moving to Washington, D.C. Kevin designed and implemented e-Learning courses for the National Defense University’s International Strategic Centers before joining the management and technology firm, Booz Allen Hamilton. As a consultant with Booz Allen, Kevin supported more than a dozen clients over eight years, including NASA, EPA, and the IRS. While supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (or DIA), Kevin designed courses for Intelligence Analysts on Advanced Threat Finance and Cyberspace Operations. Also, Kevin spent four years working for Oracle, a cloud computing company, where he helped implement a new enablement training program for 50,000 sales personnel worldwide. He earned professional certifications in Leadership Coaching (2010) and Change Management (2013) from Georgetown University and he lives in Los Angeles with his wife, son, and stepson.

Stephen Rappaport

Stephen Rappaport is an actor, director, singer-songwriter, solo theater performer, playwright, and teacher. He received his initial theater training in 1972, at the Institute for Scenkonst, Sweden, under the direction of Ingemar Lindh, a colleague of Jerzy Grotowski. He has also studied extensively with Rob Reece (Method), Ernesto Sanchez (Mime Master), and Larry Moss (Stella Adler).

Stephen Rappaport leads his INTUITION IN ACTION workshop extensively at Colleges, Universities, businesses, and privately worldwide including, Cullberg Ballet, The Swedish Institute, Fantastic Studios (Spoon, Reach for Change), KaosPilots,(Denmark), Spotify, Dramatiska Institutet, Sonoma State University, University of Southern California, and many others.

The goal of the workshop is to engage groups or individuals in the corporate sector who would like to “up their game”.  People who want to be creatively challenged and challenged creatively.  The objective is to guide participants toward generating greater trust in their intuition, imaginations and ideas, and to enhance their ability to express, communicate and share them.

The work connects participants to their core values thereby injecting new life, direction, and purpose in their work.  Teams participating in a workshop will deepen their understand and compassion for one another and open new avenues of communication.
